| How much does it cost to join as a Member? Payment Options Option 1: Payment plan Choose Option 1 to pay your initiation fee of $1,500 over time. If you choose Option 1, your credit card will be charged $250 today, and each month thereafter for a total of 15 months. The $250 is split up each month with $100 going toward your Initiation Fee and the remaining $150 going toward your monthly dues.
